"Kevin was they best sales person I’ve ever worked with. We as a family have purchased 4 cars at West Coast Toyota. All the sales people have been great. However, Kevin went above and beyond to help seal the deal. Thank you Kevin it was suppose to be 5 stars for both catagories but it won’t let me change"

"Hey, your parts guy is amazing! Calm and nice. BUT, Making him ask for ID and Credit card is stupid!
Think about this: Who in the hell will walk all the way through your phalanx of sales people and all the way back into the far corner of your building, show the damn order number on the email ON MY PHONE, AND Already paid for it! ... and then need to prove who I am?!!
NO LOGIC TO THAT SYSTEM! Its not even paranoid, just plain Bureaucracy BS and does not make a new customer

Parts Team went above and beyond

"I have ordered parts at WCT before and this time was a little special. I received a call from Jim asking me whether or not my washer fluid reservoir (jar) has a low level sensor stating that the jar I ordered was made for a sensor. My 1999 Tacoma did not have a sensor. He helped me avoid a problem and I really appreciate Jim and WCT for that type of service. WCT always have great prices when order online. "

Brake Pad Replacement

"Need new front brake pads for Sienna van. Unfortunately the website has the wrong part number for the Sienna van and I didn't know it from the order. I put in my VIN info with the order. Jim Pittman at West Coast Toyota responded that I needed different part number as the original part number has been replaced. Jim helped me get everything straightened out and at a great price. Installed pads the next day and are a perfect fit. The four stars is for Jim reaching out and helping get everything correct with no hassle!
