"I ordered a discontinued knife that their website said was in stock. A week went by with nothing more than an order confirmation email. A phone call got me a helpful person who said she'd look into my order.

A couple of days later, I received an email stating that the knife I ordered was out of stock, but that they would substitute a slightly more expensive version, for no additional cost. Once I agreed, the knife was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition.

I would have no qualms about working with Wesson Ace again.
