"I think this product is great, however I have very thick hair and when you say to use approx 8 pumps per section, that means a bottle gets used up very quickly. So for me, this is quite expensive. I have had to revert back to normal shampoo and can only use wen once in a while :("

"I ordered this a while back, but just saw an informercial (love those btw) and it reminded me that I had never given my thoughts on it. I have read some mixed reviews online before, and I think there is some confusion on this product. It does exactly what it says it will do - cleans and freshens your hair while keeping the moisture in. I dont think it should be used daily, perhaps in rotation with a gentle shampoo/conditioner, but is always pretty good when I use it. In fact, tend to travel with it since it's more efficient than carrying 2 tiny/leakable bottles.
