"I ordered a Miller tig torch and the consumables required to go with it. I ordered extra alumina cups but the order form kicked out the quantity of two (2) and accepted the quantity of one. I paid and the next day I received a "pre-order" statement that some or all of the items I ordered are not in stock and it would be a function of the manufactures shipping ability when I would receive the items and the items would be shipped all together. Or if I wanted what, Weldfabulous had in inventory I could request them to be shipped now. Nowhere did they say what was available so I asked. They had only two consumable items and the remaining items would be shipped sometime in the next two weeks. I didn't cancel my order hoping Miller would be more responsive and get the product to me.
Their webpage says Weldfabulous is a veteran-owned company, I support our veterans at all times but not the way they are doing business."

"Unable to answer all questions about their products even though I had put the same questions in different ways. So far I have sent 5 emails requesting particular information and they are either unwilling or incapable to give me that info.
I am unwilling to deal with these guys as I believe they are incompetent and would not get the right equipment if I ordered it."

"I ordered a welding shirt and when it arrived the snaps holding it together are too weak to hold shirt together and one totally fell off. Shirt is totally unusable. I have tried and tried to contact customer service but no luck getting a response. Emailed them and a rep took my information and for several weeks now will not respond to my emails. I would not do business with them both on quality of product and not standing behind a faulty product. Plenty of other reputable businesses to do business with.

The 1st thing when I picked up the box from the UPS driver I noticed no product movement. My box was packed very well. A+ on the packaging. Nothing bugs me more then my stuff banging around in the package....AKA Amazon dot com style. These guys are the direct opposite. Again A+ on packaging.
