Cons: Return/exchange policy--A HOT MESS!
**Beware the price tag is THE SAME as the security tag.
If you remove it (tacky to leave the over-inflated price tag on)the return is VOIDED. You then must pay $40 for an exchange or you can return for credit after they keep a portion for their "restocking fee". Mine amounted to $169 for my $649 purchase. They are very polite and use the phrase "sorry you feel this way" when addressing complaints. I feel ripped off. They fail to disclose the price tag and the security tag are one in the same."
"I must compliment Wedding Rings Depot for their thorough service. They recheck every order and found that a fraud charge was placed on my account, for an order that I had not placed. Then later returned calls making sure that I had the correct information to close my account that had been stolen.

"NOT impressed with Wedding Rings Depot AT ALL!!! Ordered two rings with engraving. One of them was .75 too big. I had a local jeweler confirm. When I called, the guy was RUDE. He told me to get fitted and to get a second opinion because they NEVER make mistakes on sizing. I asked for a manager. Back it went. Then came the "sorry" email. I asked for a $25 refund of engraving, which they gave, only to send the new ring without engraving. They told me twice they'd expedite the shipping. NOPE. The ring is on it's way... on the SLOW train so I can return it for engraving. I'm so frustrated and angry. Maybe they'll get it right by Christmas. This is really, really wrong!!! They had my number. They should have called me!"
