"Service is horrible. It took over 13 business days, that's 17 days to received gift cards we ordered. They don't provide tracking of any kind. The GC are shipped USPS, but the email stated they would be sent UPS. I ordered a GC from Lowes and it came in 3 days by UPS. Who orders GC 2 weeks before they need them. Avoid like hte plague. Most companies at Christmas time ship it quicker than they quote, as they know you need it. The max lead time for the GC was 12 days and they took 13. "
