"The Web Zone in Eugene, Oregon is a fraudulent and unscrupulous business. They are inexperienced, unqualified and no nothing about computers. Repairs are never done, they take your money and refuse to refund it even though no services were ever provided.
I do not recommend them, I paid them to fix my computer and it is still not fixed and they refuse to refund my money.
An arrogant and inexperienced outfit....take your computers elsewhere for repairs.
