"Customer service is non-existent. Truly awful to deal with, sent wrong item, had to argue with them that ordering a men’s jacket and receiving a women’s wasn’t ok, and now taking an age to get a refund from them. Can’t even give me an indication of when this may be processed.

"I ordered the black diamond trail ergo cork trekking poles from Webtogs but they sent me the shorter womens version of the poles. When I asked for a return they said I had to pay postage to return them. After a lot of e-mailing back and forth I still haven't got a refund.
So basically they took my money, ripped me off and I have no way to get my money back.
Not worth the cheap prices if this can happen to you, I wouldn't buy from them again.

Assuming that referred to our 12% sales tax I was okay with w$36. Well when I went to get them at the post office there was $81 owing!!
What a bunch of BS that they act like they don't know whether additional fees will be owing...that IS the case when someone ships directly to you from another country as the tax people may or may not follow up for taxes/duties owing however Webtogs first ships to an importing company that then forwards it to you and the importer slaps on what ever levies they feel they can get away with. No documentation explaining the $81 from the importer and no explanation from Webtogs when I called them simply that if I don't pickup the parcel I won't be able to return it and there's no refunds on these fees. For them to be shipping to Canada every day through a professional importer their order system should be able to automatically tell you that FOR SURE you will be paying extra fees and exactly what they will be. That would be like ordering from Amazon and simply being told we're not sure what handling fees you will have to pay but you'll find out at the post office. Total scam. "
