"I had ordered from this site a couple of times in the past with great results, but my last order will be my last time using it. I placed an order on June 14, 2007 and never got any results. I have sent 5 emails to customer service trying to figure out what happened with the order, but never got any response. As of today, August 21, 2007, I can't even get the site to come up. Very disappointing!!!"

"I ordered my subscription renewal in April. It took till July for them to process the order. It's now January of the next year and I still haven't seen a single magazine! I complained on 11/29/05 and was told they'd get back to me in a few days. It's been a month."
