Mid January i placed an order. Small stuff: couple cables, couple fans, Artic Silver.
My credit cards have been cut up, so I paid with a Bank Check (not a personal check, its like cashiers check or money order). Btw, I think all e-sellers should have this option.
Anyway, they cashed my check (cleared on Jan 25) but never sent the merchandise!
A month later I called their phone numbers. Voice message run-around. No answer. Wrote 10 e-mails to every address on thier website. No answer. E-mailed threatining the BBB. Finally, someone named Mike, said he would take care of it personally. Needed to send him a copy of the order form and check, which I did.
Been almost a month. No answer.

"Five months ago i ordered a mother board from this company and never recieved it so i canceled the order from my creditcard... last week i recireved the mobo and they expect me to take it and let them have the money seeing as they charged my credit card again, of course i got no phone support or mail support... so i sent the mobo back and canceled the charge again and once again they sent it back refused and charghed the card AGAIN! i am taking legal action against this company.

"I've ordered numerous times from this company. They offer really cheap prices, and reasonable and fast shipping. However, that's where the happy talk ends and when ths s$$$ hits the fan. If you EVER have a problem with your order (a case I bought was dented, one motherboard was bad, and one cpu was bad), then don't expect to have good customer service). It took me 4 months to finally get a replacement motherboard after 5 emails and 2 phone calls. With the dented case, I just eventually gave up and accepted it as is. As for the cpu, I'm STILL waiting on my RMA for that. I ordered on 1/27/02, sent it in 2/28/02 and have not heard back since. Emailed twice already and I could never get a live person when I call (so I just hang up after 30 minutes). This time, I'm disputing the charge and gonna get my credit card to go after those sumabitches."
"I found this sight through pricewatch and it had the lowest price for the Digi Doc 5 and the transaction went without a hitch, although now looking at all this negative feedback on this page it is a wonder I didn't have problems, although bussiness is like that if you have a happy costomer he only tells 2 people about his good experience although if you have a unhappy customer he will tell the whole f-in world. I previously posted a comment about these people, it is now missing for some reason. Basically, I ordered setups to build two computers-motherboards, cpu, fan and power supplies. The power supplies shipped were inadequate-WeBuildPCs had them improperly described on their webpage. They (Eric Hull) agreed to take them back without any RMA fees. The powersupplies were returned via UPS and received by them 10/4/01. I have never received my promised refund, despite repeated emails, letters, etc (don't even try to call them-its futile). I'm out $130.
Far as I'm concerned these guys are scam artists. They have been playing the same song a long time-we're growing, a little disorganized, new staff, etc. They keep changing names when it gets too hot-Ability Computers is the same outfit.

No email was replied to (send more than 30 over the course of weeks), and no attempts have been made on their behalf to right the situation. "Company is very shady. Beware. They do not answer the phone and they do not answer emails in a timely fashion. I ordered a motherboard on Friday March 15th 2002. The status of the order on Monday showed "ready to ship". This stayed on my status screen for about 3 days. They do not pick up the phone. They only answer emails when you threaten to cancel or threaten to contact the BBB or IN Attorney General's office. My first emailed response included a Fedex tracking number that was invalid. I verified this with Fedex customer service over the phone. Fedex recycles the tracking numbers and the previous user's information was still attached to that tracking number. THEY GAVE ME A FALSE NUMBER TO SHUT ME UP! I let them know that I was on to their game and threatened to contact the BBB and Attorney General's Office. After my BBB and Attorney General threat, they called my home. I wasn't home so they left a message. They stated that they couldn't find my name under that order number!?!?!? (And of course this means that can't search for any of my orders by my email address or name or even phone number!) To double check, I logged into the site again. The site showed a different order number than I originally had. I didn't make a mistake however...the URL in my browser showed the old order number. It seems to me that they changed the number to make me think I made a mistake! In fact, they failed to realize that the URL still shows the correct number! These guys are shady and I don't recommend doing business with them. I will be contacting the IN Attorney General's office and the BBB. This company cannot survive doing business this way."
