"I ordered a cabinet and never showed up on the day it was suppose to be delivered. After numerous calls they told me it was lost. Complete waste of my day. A good company would have called me right away, so I didn't have to sit around all day."
"I placed an order for a Christmas gift for my wife and the order went through fine. The product did not arrive within the specified time line so i called Wayfair to check on the order. They told me that the order was cancelled afterwards as it was flagged for potential fraud. I was told that an email was sent which i did not see because i saw the order confirmation and thought it was fine. Plus i don't check this email address frequently because of all the spam one gets from online shopping. I shop online tremendously and have never had an order cancelled for fraud after it was placed, never. I've had transactions not go through due to it being flagged for fraud, but i know immediately at that point and don't receive an order confirmation as i did here. Someone could have called me to inform me.
Being that this was a Christmas gift it was very important for me and this left me in a big bind because the item because no longer in stock on their website. Whats worse is that when i called wayfair to check on the order status the person on the phone could not help me otherwise and put it in their system for someone to call me back from the department that could help. I NEVER received a call, not even weeks after.
I've never had such a poor experience from a popular company like this and could not be more disappointed."

I was afraid that the items would be of lesser quality because price was marked down. Normally dealing with online companies I have not had good luck but absolutely LOVE Wayfair! "The television console is nice enough. The measurements are correct and looks like the photos on line. The delivery system is terrible! They do not mind setting a four hour window for you to wait only to keep changing it. Out delivery ended up being at 5:15 pm when our window was form 8-12 in the morning. At 4 pm they wanted to reschedule for another day and we refused."
