"i ordered a product on June 18, 2010 and as of August 27, 2010, i have not received it. when i tried to email "customer service" the message came back undeliverable. when i called the non-toll-free number (1-***-***-****), i received an answering machine belonging to "wayne and valerie". no returned call. email to customer support returns, "undeliverable." hope to have money refunded, or product delivered soon. this has been a very unpleasant experience for us. this was ordered as a birthday present, to be given the second week in july. we should have received it months ago. is there someone with any sort of authority who can settle this matter? i have NEVER had to enter a negative review on ANYthing i've purchased online in over 11 years. this is very upsetting to me and my son, who's birthday present has never arrived. shame on you."
