"I've always purchased the name-brand aqua pure plus water filter for my Samsung, saw this company online offered it for $10 to $15 less.
I'm convinced the product is counterfeit or pre-used, my water tasted like fish guts and I almost vomited. I immediately threw out this filter and bought a new one from home depot."

"I would never buy from this company again. They sent me a defective water filter. It flooded my kitchen and I had to call the plumber. They refused to do anything about that and told me to call the manufacturer at the number they gave me. That company said they did not make this filter. So waterfiltersfast then told me I should make a claim on my house insurance, which was stupid and senseless. I told waterfiltersfast they could either pay for the plumber, or send me at no charge the equivalent of what I'd paid him in water filters . They agreed to send me the filters, but then sent me only half of what they'd promised. This company does not stand behind its products."
