"Slow delivery and over priced company. When you attempt to cancel your order they are non responsive to numerous cancellation requests. Then when you ask them for a return shipping label they just ignore your cancellation requests. You receive no assistance!. When you ask for them to refund the difference where the watch was found for less money, they refuse. They had the opportunity to cancel the order before the watch ever shipped and chose not too. Then they make up information that is not true to support their position for no refund & no shipping label. I would strongly recommend you "Not Do Business With This Company". They are a dishonest & narrow minded company that are more concerned about losing money than dealing with their customers fairly and ethically. If they would have been reasonable and honest with me, I would have done much business with them in the future. Now I want everyone to know how dishonest they are. They are greedy and their management team / customer service is non existent. They are more concerned with making a dollar than doing the right thing. Please know I am not a competitor, but rather a consumer that this company took advantage of. I have learned my lesson and will not be taken advantage by them again.
