I am writing this review to share my experience. For a few months, I shopped around, hoping to find the best watch shop or place to find a watch I would love. After intense searching and reading every review that every place I discovered had, I decided that Watchmaxx would be the right place for me. I was nervous because I did not want to be scammed, and this would be a splurge for my birthday gift to myself. Matthew, the sales rep/customer service, was very helpful, patient, and insightful in helping me decide. I knew nothing about watches, but I was ready to add some more style to my outfits.
After several questions, I decided that the Longines watch would be my starter watch and made the order. The watch arrived on time in a beautiful case, brand new, with tags and protective wrapping.
I am happy and satisfied. I believe it is genuine, I have yet to get it praised, but I did have it resized to fit my wrist. The whole experience was wonderful! There is a two-year warranty and I am excited about that.

"I was supposed to receive a brand new Tag Heuer Carrera Automatic. What I got was something damaged and used. From the moment I received, the watch constantly lost time, every day. I even bought a watch winder which this model should not need. I was bringing the watch to a local jeweler to resize the band when I noticed a loose screw floating in the bottom of the case. I had the jeweler send to Tag for a repair the ended up costing me an additional $550 above what i paid for the watch. I didn't even bother reaching out to Watchmaxx for this repair as I now had zero confidence in what they would do to it. I will never buy another product from them and I will caution anyone I meet who considers buying from them. Buyer beware! "

"I ordered a watch band for a 19mm Tag Heuer. Paid, and then they shipped flawlessly. IT arrived, and I said that the band was 20mm and had a different serial number on the clasp than then band that I ordered. They provided a RA number, and asked that I send them a photo.
I said I was willing to exchange for the correct band, or they could refund if they didn't have the band in the size I actually ordered. They just processed a refund and charged me for shipping and restocking fee. Poor practice given they sold me something I didn't order in the first place."
