"I bought a replacement band for a Citizen watch from them. It was $10 less than other Amazon prices. It came quickly, in timely fashion that is, and was the original band as sold by Citizen.
Citizen’s website, though, sold it online for another $10 less than Watchbandexpert . WBE bought from the original manufacturer, tacked on $10, and sold it to me.
That’s retail by definition, of course, but I did better. WBE gave me a 100% refund, leaving me out only the return shipping. Nothing wrong with these people, might use them again, just shop smart."
"I ordered a Mido watch band 2 weeks ago and after the first week they said they were out of stock. So why would you keep the posting up stating the item is for sale? So I was being patience and told them I'll wait the 3 days they said would be in stock at there warehouse. 3 Days past and I contacted them, all of a sudden I received a message saying my item was shipped UPS Ground with a tracking number. I checked the tracking number for 2 days straight and the tracking number never changed as it says only a label was created and UPS is waiting for the item. So the number was fake, I contact them and ask what is going on and they never replied but sent a email that my order was cancelled and refunded. I was like WTF? seriously these people play games and don't have a good business nor a customer service. They sell Fake Postings and never ship out anything and keep your money for over 3 weeks.
Please be warned these people are the worse and will not respond to your emails, they will steal your money. I will make sure this company gets shut down in Florida and Report them to Attorney Generals Office. Enough complaints and they will be investigated..."
"Ordered 2 links for my Seiko Watch on 12/04/2017. Paid with Visa Card, Order # 28167. Today is 01/31/2018 and I have called the ***-***-**** number 5 times and only get a voicemail message. Wasn't a lot of money (shipping cost more than the part did) so I wasn't to concerned when my card was immediately charged and I didn't receive a confirmation email. But when I went back to their website, I could not even find that I had ordered anything. So I sent an email asking for an order status and got no response. Then I came here and read the horrible reviews, I thought I was ripped off. Then the part arrived in the mail. All is well. They need to work on their communication skills a bit but they delivered. "

The hardest part for me was figuring the exact model Timex Iron Man watch I have. Once that code was cracked these guys had exactly what I needed for a reasonable price (considering nobody else I found sold these watchbands). I sent the online order in on a Monday and had the watchband in hand by Wednesday. The new band fit perfectly and matched in style and function the orginal.

"I ordered one 20181 Swiss Army, black rubber band in 19mm @ $20; plus one AU02809N DeBeer black leather band in 18mm @ $29.96. Two weeks later I received a Generic (not Swiss Army)black rubber band in 19mm. On July 6 I received another duplicate of the 19mm black rubber generic band.
If you call Watchbands.com no one is there. I suspect this vendor simply orders up whatever you ordered and mails it to you. Surely they carry no stock and it is probably is a side-line or "home" business. Save your money and patience by ordering from your local brick & motar fine jewelry store. It will cost you 10 to 15% more but you should avoid any shipping charges and you don't pay until you receive it. Typically, they will install it free.
