"BUYER BEWARE: I ordered a watch for a Christmas gift. I was only offered one shipping method, so I called to confirm it would arrive before Christmas Eve. I was promised that it would, so I proceeded with my order. I never received a tracking number, so I called again a few days later and was assured it was shipped and would arrive in time. Finally, when on December 22, my order had still not arrived, I called for the third time (International calls to Canada!) and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Very rude customer service (probably the owner) with bad english told me he hadn't even shipped my order yet! But he would ship it on 12/23 if I was willing to pay $40 additional, but he still couldn't promise it would arrive in time. No thank you. Now Christmas is a couple days away and I have no gift, thanks to this scam."
