After a month and no watch, I requested a refund and now it has been 5 months and still no watch and more importantly no refund! It was hard earned money that I saved for to buy this watch as a wedding gift. It’s very disheartening and scary to see how many stories similar to mine are being posted on a daily basis. I hope this company refunds me all of my money soon or I will have to escalate matters with lawyers and etc. as their was so much money taken from me!"

I was traveling for work and couldn't get in for a couple days, but he kindly set it aside for me. "I found an item on Watch Rapport that i wanted, i did so much research that I even found the original seller, a store from Japan that still had it in stock. I reached out to watch rapport to see if it made sense to order from them since they are US based. They said yes it was in stock and would take the same amount of time to get to me if I bought it through them or directly.. So i purchased it through Watch Rapport.... I waited a week, and another, and another... and finally it had been about 5 weeks, I still had not had one update or one method of communication from Watch Rapport. I called a few times trying to get information on what was going on, kept saying that they had full operators and would call me back... never got those calls.
So I decided to cancel and get my refund, same thing happened the first two times, no calls back. So I left messages in multiple ways that I wanted to cancel. Finally I got an email confirming my cancellation. I wait another 1-2 weeks, still no refund... So I call and finally ask whats going on with my refund. They say they will look into it and finally the next day I got my refund of $5k-ish
So all in all, they did not do anything other than hold my $5k for 2 months, not follow through with anything and made me chase them to get my money back
Definitely DO NOT do business with them. Use your computer and dig for 10 minutes, find out who the original seller is and buy directly because these guys do not help with anything"
