BUYER BEWARE!

"Terrible customer service...can only communicate through emails. Absolute NIGHTMARE!!!
No shipping charges...lol. I was Charged a foreign transaction fee on my credit card statement.
Way too many issues with this site to go into details.
Ordered shoe storage...2 weeks ago...still waiting for delivery.
Save yourself aggravation!!!

Never again

"Ordered a watch via eBay. Watch arrived ok but was faulty, ie the digital elements were too dark to read. Absolute nightmare communicating with watchgrabber, I suspect it was only ebay's leverage that led to watchgrabber offering a refund. It was a long drawn out trauma that led eventually to a refund. I was offered a separate $15 for shipping costs, only available if I had an actual PayPal account which I haven't. Asked watchgrabber to pay direct into my bank account which they refused. If they were in the UK this would be against consumer law. WATCHGRABBER = MONEYGRABBERS. Don't make the same mistake I did...."

horrible, fake, scammers,

"i bought a watch from watch grabbers ebay store when the watch arrived i wore it for a week and had got it wet a couple of times, on the site it claimed to be water resistant to 50m deep, i only put it to about 20 cm, then water got inside the watch and two of the numbers fell off the face which looked horrible. Then i sent them an email with photos and they told me to "send it back to us and we will repair it for you" so i did the next day. I waited about a month and nothing happend so i send them 24 emails over the next 7-8 months regarding my item. It took them 8 months for the repaired watch to return which is disgusting and all of the customer support was pathetic by not replying to my questions or replying with bad replies that didn't answer my question. they are selling un genuine watches for fake prices. "

"Watch Grabber sells used/returned items as new. Not recommended and will never use them again. Price difference isn't worth it when the retailer (Citizen) won't honor the warranty because Watch Grabber is not an authorized reseller.
Very disappointed as the watch was a graduation gift and even the box was banged up with the UPC label cut out from the inside flap of the box lid

"I purchased an Armani Classic Women's Watch from Watchgrabber on Ebay. It arrived with the hinge on the box broken and the adhesives on the watch were less than new condition. I returned the goods but seller insisted that they have not received it yet, even though the tracking I provided clearly showed that it was 'delivered'.

Had to escalate the claim through Paypal and at first Paypal refused to grant the refund because the address I sent the goods to did not match the seller's Paypal address. After I pointed out that the seller specifically asked for the return goods to be sent to different address and gave proof of this, I was given a full refund by Paypal.

Seller did not want to give a refund even though I gave proof that goods were delivered.

I recommend avoiding this buyer if you can and purchase elsewhere for a slightly higher price - if you require to return the goods, you may not get a refund from the seller.

The process was very inefficient and energy-consuming.

"I ordered a Michael Khors watch for my girlfriend's birthday. It was supposed to come in around the 15th. Her birthday was on the 20th. It is now the 23rd of march and I still haven't received anything. I am about to contact amazon for a refund. If they can't ship a watch within 10 days that utterly ridiculous. I will never give them a dime of my money and unless your ready for a roller coaster ride, I wouldn't advise you too either. They claim used watches are new and they hide behind their cheaper selling price (hoping that people won't complain).

I have never had trouble with an Amazon transaction until using watch grabber. Amazon is usually way more reliable than ebay, but NOT Watch Grabber. The USPS Tracking confirms that "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on March 15, 2012 to expect your package for mailing." ... That was 8 days ago... Yet the package was never sent.

You can do whatever you choose, but if I were you I would beware of this company.

"USED MERCHANDISE!
I ordered an expensive, brand new Citizen Watch to be given as a Christmas gift. What I received was a re-packed obviously used item in a scratched box with the manual in a dirty plastic bag. It was returned the next day.

"FRAUD!!!!
Ordered this watch from Watch Grabber through Amazon:

Today, the box arrived.
Just the clear plastic box. Inside, the foam, user manual, warranty card. Everything, except the watch!
Looks like they took the watch out of the box right before sending the empty box to me.

Thanks to Amazon for excellent customer service and prompt refund.

Stay away from Watch Grabber!
(A watch grabber indeed! What a name for a company that steals watches!)

"I have received my watch yesterday, and i am completely shacked!
thay have a nerves to mail me a used, non working watch!
There is no protective cover on a glass or on back of the case.
Glass has scratches, someone has open back cover and never close it properly, (piece of seal sticking out.),and on a top of all they don’t work

"I ordered a nice watch for my wife as a present on 11/23, 2nd day air shipping. By 11/30 I had not received the watch and had purchased one from a store for a bit more $$(for a special occasion). I called and left a message to cancel my order because it did not arrive on time.

On 12/6 the watch was delivered. I called the next day and had to convince them to pay for the return shipping and a full refund due to the delay in shipping the watch. They said they would email me a label.

On 12/10 I called back because I did not get an email and was told they would send it.

On 12/14 I still had not received the return label and tried calling...no answer and only a voice mail box.

I have called Neweggmall Customer Service and they will try to get the label for me.

BTW, the customer service guys are typical New Yorkers. They ask why you are calling and then interupt you 2 seconds later to ask what your order number is...then say "So what do you want?" (happened to me twice...same thing)

Update 12/15 - after calling Neweggmall Customer Service last night I got my label emailed to me today. Thanks New Egg!
