ABSOLUTE LIARS AND CROOKS

"Thieves, con artists and liars
Eric, is one the online sales staff and he is a chronic dishonest lair, I paid for a watch $491.00 USD and for a solid week he makes excuses that his fulfilment centre did not respond, I asked him to cancel the order and give me a refund what he does is just ignore the email and neglect to cancel.
Stay away from this company they offer discounts just to take your money they are cons and thieves, I had to file a dispute with my financial institution to recover my money and he has put a block on PayPal.

DO NOT WORRY OR CONCERN YOURSELF WITH THE POSITIVE FEED BACK ONLINE IT WAS FROM PEOPLE HE KNOWS.

Watch out to be his victim he is a thief and chronic liar.

This company claims to be in the U.S. but they are not absolute robbery and theft.

Eric you are a thief.

Scam/ worst headache of a company I have ever used in my life

"They sent me the wrong watch, one that I did not order. They do not answer the phone regardless of when you call or how many times you call. They let you leave a voicemail, and then do not return calls when you leave voicemails. Over the course of almost 2 months I was emailing with some one trying to understand their process and rectify this. They do not function like a normal online company.
They told me to ship the wrong watch back and they would send me the correct one; I had to pay for the shipping which they said they will reimburse. When they received the "return" I had to ask when the correct watch would ship. They said unfortunately they are "waiting for more of my item from the manufacturer." A week later when I asked again, they said sorry the manufacturer no longer makes the watch that I ordered and cannot be restocked (so they let me purchase a watch that was not in stock), and offered a 10% discount on another purchase (lol) or a refund. They said they would take care of the refund immediately.
After emailing asking when the refund will be processed they said that the refund had already been processed a week prior. However there is no credit to my card from the company whatsoever. They say that the refund was processed. I do not have any record of this on my account and do not have the money.
Sound like a legit company? Save your time and money, never ever use this company.
Update: I confirmed that no refund was processed or is pending to my original form of payment (my bank/debit card). They say via email that the refund was processed/there is nothing else they can do for me as it is "clearly a cardholder issue." They "cannot do anything else to help me" even though this is entirely their error and I have not received a refund. They really are laughable. They sent me an attachment with their record of the refund which has the amount of my original purchase but not the shipping cost of sending the wrong item back to them which they repeatedly promised. When I pointed that out they said "actually we refunded you $10 for the shipping reimbursement" which is not shown on the attachment supposed record they sent me; also, again, none of this is confirmed by an actual credit to my card. My card/bank is disputing the original charge. If this happens to you dispute the original charge of your purchase. Contact BBB.

"The worst service I have ever received. Ordered a watch on the 11th of December paid for the expensive express international delivery with the approximate delivery time listed on their site of 4-6 days. It is now 30th December and I have not received the watch.! That is 19 days. I have contacted them via email and received the most unhelpful and rude response regarding the refund of the "express" international post cost. Just kept repeating that 4-6 days is an estimate only. I can see from the tracking that it took 5 days to just to get to the place where it was leaving USA. At one stage I was told I would receive it "any day now"!! They obviously don't care about their customers or any return business. They have said "We will contact USPS about the package. Any and all credit we receive from them will be automatically credited to you." And that is it. No further contact. I imagine they hope I will just go away.

"PATHETIC service . Charged me $35 for shipping and my watch is no where near reaching me. They state 3-5 days postage times and it has now been 7 days and still havent recieved the watch. The tracking details stop on the 4th off december in Chicago and havent been updated since. TThey use THE WORST POSTAL SYSTEM EVER the USPS. I may as well have paid for standard shipping and saved my self money if they were going to take 7-10 days to deliver. PATHETIC. I highly recommend DISCOUNTWATCHSTORE. they have much better service and use UPS for shipping and always get the watch to me in 3-4 days.

Pathetic excuse off a watch shop.

"Sent me a Braun alarm clock with scratched lens that looked like it has been used. Called and asked to help resolve, told me to ship back at my own expense but they promised to reimburse the return shipping to me. Took a claim via PayPal to get original cost refunded but they did not even responded to my request to refund the return shipping."
