"Like many others, I have also been scammed by these unscrupulous criminals. I sent them a vintage Rolex which they agreed to pay me $18,000.00 NET. I have been dealing with this since May 2012. They never return calls, Never send correspondence. I have also gotten the Georgia State Criminal Division involved. The state also indicated that this "den of criminal scoundrels"is always in trouble with on-going issues against customers. Some have been resolved and some have not. PLEASE NOTE: If you value your property, Watchbrokers.com is NOT the place you want to go.STAY AWAY."

"I shipped them my Rolex in July 2011 after corresponding with ****@**** and ****@****.
The first week of December I emailed them ask what was the status. I was told that the had been sold months ago.
I asked why I'd not been told, not been paid... and I was told to email ****@**** (accounts payable). There was no response for a week, so I re-sent my query. Despite reassurances from Mr Toso, deadline after deadline has passed and AP has still not responded in any way after a full month to my several appeals and I am now preparing to file criminal charges against these thieves.

UPDATE
I finally received a response from their accounts receivable dept.(****@****). They're in some kind of workout:
"we sold the watch on July 27,2011" Oh really?
"Due to unforeseen circumstances, WatchBrokers.com is currently working with the Governor of Georgia's Office of Consumer Protection to create a 12 month payment schedule for the outstanding payments to our customers. The payment schedule is based on the date the watch was sold and will be paid accordingly over the next 12 months, all payment paid in full by November 30, 2012. "

So my watch was sold *five months ago* and I've not received a penny so far, but here's a promise to pay me "by 11/30/12".
Stay away from these guys!
