"Second time using the website and BOTH of the deliveries can not be delivered even close to curbside since they are using UPS FREIGHT that needs to come with a Major Semi Truck... so even when I'm on a 2 lane road, they refused to deliver to there and I had to haul my super heavy shower doors about 500 yards to my building.
Unless you live in near a Major Road or are willing to haul your delivery DONT DO IT! Its not worth the extra $50 bucks you save ordering from them vs. Home Depot or Lowes that actually DO deliver to your home....

I purchased an Enigma Shower Door 79" through Warehouse USA, worths more than $1000.-. When we received the item, the packaging was seriously damaged, so the carrier asked to take all the pieces out and make sure that nothing was damaged. The packaging was so damaged that it got discarded.
The shower door was not working for us, so we tried to return it (it was still in the Inner packaging), but Warehouse USA said they cannot do anything if we don't have the box. We asked if we could get a new box not damaged, they told us it is not possible. We asked them about options, they said, there are none! We asked to talked with managers, everybody is a manager there..."

"Received the shower glass doors very quickly and with no damage. Was able to install the doors myself with a friend. This is a two man job, definitely need someone to help. The doors are very heavy and of course delicate. Make sure you buy glass suction cups, you will need them to help you lift and hold the doors in place while make your adjustments. Just print out the instructions and follow them step by step. Not too difficult if you are someone who is handy.
Shower doors are as the pictures show. They are absolutely beautiful, smooth sliding action. These are definitely upscale glass shower doors, you will notice in the quality in the glass and all the parts that come with it. I get so many compliments on the doors when ever people come over. Makes the bathroom look much larger and shows off the beautiful tile work that I did for the shower."
