"At first I was hesitant about ordering a skateboard from here, I ended up ordering around a $200 board from here, it shipped from Illinois to Montana and the tracker got lost so I didn’t think it would show up, but to my surprise it was at my front door only 2 weeks after I ordered it, it even came with stickers from every brand I used, and the Best part was they were free, 100% order from this company, they are not a waste of money or time!!"

"I decided to replace my 12 year old Enjoi board and ordered a complete board from this place. $165 got me Tensor alloy trucks that would completely turn to one side making it impossible to ride. I switch my Tensor Mag lite from old board onto new board just so I can ride the new board. Now we are on day 2 at the skate park. Did a simple kick flip on the ground and the tail nearly snaps off the top layer of deck rised up!!! Are you kidding me? I have an Enjoi board that is still holding up for 12 years and on day 2 of light riding and simple trick it almost snaps completely off a kick flip? I’m done with this company and am so disappointed. I haven’t heard back from my email but I’m not happy with this low quality high price junk. I’ll update if company makes right this bad experience. To add to it the delivery is soooo slow. Says it is getting delivered one day and then doesn’t come until couple days after."
"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! They sent me the wrong board, when called about it they offered me to return it. After saying they would return it for minus shipping, the manager changed his mind to 50%, then changed it to no return anymore. This company and the manager are pretty laughable. "

Returned an order after realising I misinterpreted the price of certain items and the staff I communicated with were quick and sympathetic, and that's without mentioning how well priced some of their inventory is. Shoutout to Aaron over there, mans a real one. Didn't end up buying anything as I said above but I'll make sure to in the future with how swimmingly everything went"

"At first, I only gave 3 stars because I’m local and was annoyed I had to pay shipping with no option to pick it up for free. I received a call shortly after and he apologized and wanted to assure me that it could be picked up and he’d refund the shipping. After some laughs and great conversation, I left there happier than I’ve been all day...with my new board in tow:) thanks so much Brad! Wish I could give you guys 100 stars!!!!"
"I ordered some items for my son's school project on 3rd Sept.
Received an order confirmation dated 6th Sept, which I received on 7th Sept. Contacted Warehouse Skateboards on 17th Sept to check on status of order; no reply at all.
Contacted WS again on 26th Sept; again, no response or reply.
Fill out the "Contact Us" on their website at the beginning of this week, and (no surprise) they didn't acknowledge or reply to my query.

I've now contacted HSBC to investigate and they'll be contacting Warehouse Skateboards.
Upset child. He spent USD45 of his own pocket money on this USD75 purchase.

"Super fast service. Ordered Monday evening and the deck was delivered in under 48 hours. Unfortunately, it was slightly defective with the holes drilled for the trucks misaligned and about 1/2" wider at one end than the other.
Called to notify them and ask what I should do. Brad was super helpful and just said to return it for a refund and order another.

"Ok.. i ordered two complete punked skateboards for my boys birthdays... they arrived in a timely manner. no issues there.. packaging could have been better.. causing a little damage to the grip tape on both boards being packaged together.. nothing to worry about really.. my first issue, was one of the boards Kingpins was stripped right from the box.. my 8 year old was so excited to skate it.. he jumped on and a few minutes later.. the truck fell off and he almost hurt himself. . (Hes good on his feet from Martial art training) That was my first issue.. i emailed customer service on a Monday.. they replied instantly stating they were "off for the weekend, will get back to you Monday" ... which it was.. but ok.. ill wait.. still now.. a week or so later.. no response... i went to my local skate shop (Eastern Boarder definitely recommend) and picked up a few kingpins. fixed the problem.. he was skating again.. this afternoon.. i come home from work.. my son wants to show me hes learning to Ollie... he trys it.. lands it.. and the board snaps... hes 60lbs... .. really? .. i get it.. i paid like $60 .. but a week of use.. and not even hard use.. hes a beginner.. needless to say.. i probably wont shop here again. My younger son is 6.. he likes it .. but has not taken to it as much.. the board does not seem to have any issues like the other one did.. so i will let him practice with it.. until hes ready then i will take him to eastern boarder and he can choose his own. So basically i don't recommend this site, mainly due to the lack of customer service. (i have contacted them since the broken board to, no answer as well) I get it, i over paid for a wal-mart $20 board... i accept my failure, never again. Thank you for reading :)"
