"Over the past 5 years we have spent over £8000 at warehouse express. Goods have always arrived next day as advertised. On a couple of occassions where goods have proved faulty they have been replaced immediately. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as one of the most reliable in the UK."

"I've used them many times over the years. Rarely any problems and then always speedily resolved.
This order - lens in stock (most other suppliers were out), arrived quickly and very well packaged. This is why I go back.

"just bought a panasonic lx3 from warehouse express. the delivery was quick and hassle free, just like previous orders (about 10?).

my only criticism is the stock levels: ordering an instock item is safe enough (if you can find them!!) but low stock and backorder items are SO ambiguous. There's no confirmation of expected shipping date. If the item you want isn't in stock then call 4 an estimate.

"I bought a Sigma 300mm f2.8 lens from them costing £1200,for info I have spent £3000 over a period of 5 years with this company.In all that time I only ever contacted them once with a customer service issue, and this was regarding the Sigma 300mm. This company tells you that it prides itself on customer service,well their customer service consisted of ignoring two letters that I sent in, to a query over a problem with the lens.
After a while I contacted Sigma who told me the date the lens was sent to Warehouse Express. The lens I bought as a new item had been in their posession for 3 years & 8 months before it was sold to me.
Regardless of the issue with the lens, I never got anywhere with Warehouse Express because they have never responded to my query.
Quite clerly their customer services are not only ignorant, but are plainly incompetent.
You would think that for a regular customer of theirs for over 5 years, that they might have put a bit more effort into keeping me as a future customer, especially during the current financial climate.
So I have decided to hit back by doing the following:
A lot of my friends and work colleagues come to me for advice on camera equipment and where to purchase it, from this point on I never reccommed Warehouse Express. They have not just lost business from me, but from all my colleagues as well. So far this adds up to 2 slr's, 3 lenses, 1 tamrac holdall, and from myself a Nikon flashgun. This means that by ignoring me they have lost £4,300 to rival companies.
This is called comsumer power - ignore us at your own risk.

"Ordered a Canon 40D and Tamron lens. From the site I knew the body wasn't in stock. They informed me about this fact as well after the order. Two weeks later I received an email that the goods had been dispatched from the UK along with a tracking number. The next day I received the package in Sweden.

No complaints and would certainly do business with them again (depending on exchange rate between GBP and SEK, because delivery costs of £57.50 were rather high).

Were blunt about canceling the order and were extremely rude afterwards even though I wanted to spend more money.

"One of the most reliable suppliers I've ever dealt with. Goods have always arrived when they promised and with first rate communication throughout.

Customer service has alwyas been excellent, including one occasion when they managed to get a lens order for an out of stock item to us within 2 days to ensure we had the lens for an overseas assignment.

"Though I bought the Tripod back in May 2006, I found it to be faulty when I used it for the first time in November. One of the telescopic legs stuck at a certain position and light pulling force was needed to get it over that point. Consider bending down to move this leg in or out with an expensive camera screwed on top didn't give me a lot of confidence to use it.
It also is very unpractical.
I called up Warehouseexpress and explained what has happend. Even though I had the item for a good 6month (at was still new as I haven't used it), they offered me to exchange it subject to their pre-inspection.
3 days later my brand new Tripod was in the post with no extra cost.
Well done! I will certainly consider buying from you in the future.
