"Never received my wireless Sony adaptor #UWA-BR100. I know i could have returned the tv but after 2 days of setting it up did not want to take it all back apart, and besides that IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE BOX WHEN YOU PURCHASE A $1000 TV. "i brought a 46 Samsung tv went to the trouble of having it mounted on my wall to fine out that it didn't work - turned it's self on and off - when i went to return it i missed the date by 14 days ( i missed the date because when i first got it worked) and had to pay 20% for the tv to return it - i suggest that instead of buying through Amazon you join costco they stands behind there products!!! now that you have to pay taxes it is better to buy from a store that cares about there customers "
"Picture of Ti83 calculator had pirated CD of manual and a cord. Did not receive cd or cord. Had Amazon Customer Service call me and they tried to act like that 1) It was my fault; I ordered a "USED" item, 2) Only NEW calculators come with cords and cd's. I informed that NEW ones come with OEM packaging and manual materials. The pictures of the used ones are the ones that look like ebay pictures with a pirated cd and a cable, loose, on a homemade white background. Had to argue to get them to take it back. Screw these guys and Amazon too. If you want to be frustrated, be treated like an idiot, and have to sit through someone trying to get you to accept less than you were told you'd get, I'd highly recommend these jokers. BEWARE WAREHOUSE DEALS, INC. and AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE"
