"i ordered a Iriver S10 usb and pioneer headphones. i initially ordered a red coloured headphone. had a few problems with my card and order. firstly the red coloured headphone wasnt in stock, but warehouse123 emailed pretty fast asking what other colour i want. secondly i had a card problem, my card wasnt verified and they emailed me and said expiry date was wrong, so i emailed them that and no problem. so customer service and help is amazing. they were really helpful and great. I was really surprised at the shipping speed. I placed the order on July 3rd and received it on July 9th. just four days. and considering that the company is based in Hong Kong china, thats really amazing. quality of problem was great, no damage, and came in really good packaging. i was worried that as its from china i might get some rubbish knock off, but nope, products were 100% original and kosher.

"We ordered the Sanyo Xacti VPC-HD800 online and it arrived here in Singapore 4 days after (including weekends) via the FedEx courier option. I was a bit worried because I have not received the tracking number and I cant place the call because of the weekend - but eventually it arrived Monday morning.
The box contains the video camera and all peripherals stated in the description page. All of the bonus accessories and the extra accessory that I purchased were placed in a separate ziplock bag and was labeled properly. This was good as the original box already contains a lot of stuffs that can easily confuse first time users.
After unboxing and assembling the videocam Ive tried using the functions and it works well. Unfortunately, this requires a lot of reading before one could appreciate its true worth. I'll be reading more on to the night.
All in all it was a great product and I recommend users buying at warehouse123.com. Hopefully soon they could start advertising here in Singapore either in TV, radio or printed media."

I'm From Qatar and Qatar was not available in the shipping list .. and when I questioned about the possibility of shipping to my country, they helped and they even added it in the List .. the Order took on the 17th of February 2010 .. and it got shipped on 22nd of February [ Note : the 4 days between 17th and 22nd was emailing back and forth regarding the (Shipping Country, Payment information, and shipping Method by FeDex)] and from that day it took only 3 days and I Received it !! The "Full Package" as they say !! and I consider that a Good Buy .. "So here is my story: I ordered a pair of Audio Technica ATH-FC700's from the website and had them shipped to my university address. I ordered them a week before my finals so I assumed that they were going to get there before I leave.
For some reason it took almost two weeks for the company to verify my credit card account thus I missed my shipment and couldn't receive them since I had to go back home after finals which is a three hour drive back.
I called Fedex to forward the headphones to me but their policy stated that they did not forward addresses. After talking with customer support with warehouse123 and having a bit of patience they sorted everything with Fedex and convinced them to forward the product to me! It took an extra two weeks to get my stuff but I'm just glad that headphones got here safely!
They are a great company and they actually give a crap about their customers."

"Ordered Clix 8G from them since this is the only place to get 8 G so far. FAst shipping (3 days), the player is great, european warranty, I hope I won't need it. Little dissapointend with the extras, the screen protector (not needed), extra headphones (80's design, poor sound), carring case for Nicon Coolpix (not needed as well), but I hoped the FM transmitor will be at least useful. But it is not, basically it has 5 led lights showing the range ~107.2-107.9 MHz, not working in my car anyway.
Overall, I wanted the 8G version, suprised they don't sell it in US yet, paid ~ $340 w/ shipping. You could get it now with "extras" or wait (who knows how long) and get the US 8 G version later and probably a bit cheaper; it's your decision.. I received everything as promised, no complains.."

"I've just received a Sanyo VPC-CG65 Green digital camcorder that I ordered from Warehouse123.com, based in Hong Kong. I ordered from them because the only color of this device available in the US is silver, and I wanted the green. I'm very pleased with their service.
The overall price (item + $26 fast FedEx from Hong Kong) was the same as if I had bought the item at Amazon. However, Warehouse123 included free a number of useful items: 1gb SD card, a nice quality carrying case (Sony brand, but correct size for this Sanyo device), spare lithium battery (and a flimsy mini-tripod). That's a lot of useful extras! It's clearly brand new, arrived in safe condition, etc.
The only disadvantage is that since this is a "gray market" (imported from outside the US) device, Sanyo US won't honor it's warranty. Warehouse123 offers an equivalent one-year warranty, and of course I don't know whether getting a replair/replacement through them would be easy or hard (and hopefully, I'll never have to find out). Five Stars for Warehouse123.com (so far)."
