UNFILLED

"BOUGHT A OUTSIDE BUILDING ON WAL-MART. IT WAS LATE ARRIVING AND WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS IN A BOX MARKED ONE OF TWO . AFTER CALLING WAL-MART SEVERAL TIMES ALL I GET IS WE WILL CALL WITHIN 48 HOURS BUT THEY NEVER DO. BOX TWO NEVER HAS ARRIVED . IF I COULD GIVE THEM O STARS I WOULD"

When it goes bad, you're just out of luck

"I ordered 13 canvas photo wall hangings to give to sponsors and board members of the non-profit where I work.
1. I purchased the items on November 23. I picked them up on November 24. Most of them were poorly constructed. I had them try to fix several, and picked those up on November 27. Some still weren't acceptable AND others couldn't be reproduced because the order had already expired in their system. I was advised to cancel the entire order and get my money back. I was also advised to order online again for a shipping option because the production would be made by a machine instead of people so would look better.
2. I reordered a second time as advised on November 27 (Order# *******095201)
3. I then called Walmart.com and cancelled the original order. They provided a bar code and advised me to take the original items back to the Elizabethton Walmart (#690).
4. I took the items back to the local Walmart store and dealt with customer service. When the rep scanned the bar code, it said no order found and then the bar code disappeared. We tried for 90 minutes with me standing at customer service trying to get this resolved including Walmart.com hanging up on the local csr.
5. Finally, a local employee, a man named Brandon, got through to someone and told me I would be reimbursed. He said he would hold onto the returned items for a few days and then dispose of it because it was canvas photos specific to my company. They were now basically trash.
6. I've communicated with customer care at Walmart.com regularly since 11/27 with no resolution. They want proof I took the items back, and there is none. All I can tell them is that I received the new order, which I'm keeping, and want to be reimbursed for the order I returned. It's not my fault I don't have paperwork (I mean, I have the original paperwork and did have the bar code that just disappeared). I did everything I was asked to do. I followed the instructions of the local customer service folks... exactly. I followed the instructions of the walmart.com folks... exactly. Now, I'm being taken full circle and being told to get the local store to reimburse my non-profit and also to reach out to Walmart.com's phone customer service (the same place that hung up on one of their own customer service folks trying to help me. I am trapped on a highway with no exit ramps.

Didn't refund all my !money

"My Granddaughter ordered about 250.00 worth of stuff from here without my knowledge. The next day I called service and got most of the orders cancelled, but they still took the money out of my bank account. The items were all from third party sellers, some of them sent the items anyways, which I refused. Took almost a month to get any money back and now 4 times calling customer service in 3 months only got back about 150.00 out of 250.00 back. Will not die business with third parties anymore."

Sloooooow refund

"I ordered 4 oil filters from Walmart.com. Received promptly, but each one was dented. Manufacturer said don't use, and return them.
Walmart had them back in their possession 5/25, but only counted 3. I had to call them to change it to 4 returned filters.
Then they didn't issue a refund until 6/1, 7 days later. Now it's 6/5 and the alleged refund still isn't in my account.
Their return policy is deliberately structured to take as long as possible before they give back the money. They give the usual excuses about issuing bank not releasing funds, business day delays, but it's BS. Walmart is the problem. If they take orders and charge your credit card within seconds every day, then every day is a business day, and a refund should take just as long as a charge.
Never again.

Worst customer service on the planet

"They refuse to lift a finger to help you. I’ve spent hours on the phone after a damaged table and incorrect chairs were delivered. I’m told that I have to contact the 3rd party seller but they give me numbers that go directly to an automated answer. I had proof from the manufacturer that Walmart.com is where the order messed up. They offer to return the item if I do all the leg work, then when I tell them to send someone to pick up the item they try to charge me MORE. After the 6th phone call I FINALLY get a supervisor and he says HE will be charged if he issues a refund. I call him out on his lie and ask for his supervisor and he says there isn’t one and then just says he can’t help. I will never make a large purchase from Walmart again."

DO NOT BUY THRU UNBEATABLE SALES.

" I BOUGHT A LAWN SPREADER FROM THEM THRU WAL-MART. WHEN I WENT TO USE THE SPREADER I STARTED TO FILL IT UP. THER IS NO SHOT OFF ON IT SO THE PRODUCT RAN ALL OVER THE GROUND. NEXT WHEN I STARTED TO USE IT THERE IS NO DEFLECTOR ON IT, SO MY POCKETS WERE FILLED UP. AND ALSO MY SHOES. WHJAT A MESS. I SENT IT BACK TO THEM AND EXPLANED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. THEY JUST SAID IT WAS UNUSEABLE. I NEW THAT. AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND. I WILL NEVER BUY THRU THEM AGAIN. TERRY "

Item never even shipped, was lied to and customer service is rude and terrible

"The way they've treated me via their online website is just unacceptable. I placed an order on the 7th that had a estimated delivery date of Dec 14th, plenty of time for Christmas. Not only did it never ship, after being told by their staff on the 15th that they were sorry but it was ready to ship that day, but they cancelled the entire order without so much as a reason. I was told a resolution specialist would reach out to me in 24-48 hours. Its been two weeks with no word. They just put a preauthorization on your credit card, promise to deliver something, and never do. Don't waste your time on this website. They also lie about their in store inventory on it as well. I've talked to four different live chat agents with 0 result and their customer service is next to non existent. When I asked why no one has reached out all the live chat operator named "Diana V" had to say was I should reorder the item. I had to ask multiple times about being escalated to someone I could speak with and work towards some sort of resolution with or at least give me an answer aside from "I honestly have no clue" which is what I was told by the 4th operator I spoke to. We will see if this time they actually contact me or are just lying about doing so again. What a scam."

Market place sellers

"Walmart.com,market place sellers. Takes no accountability or responsibilty for the bad sellers and products. Buy at your risk. You are getting products from China where children are used in factories. Very poor quality control. Contamination and other problems with products. You have to return defected or damaged products to the sellers,not Walmart. You will be lucky if you even get part of your money back. You are being decieved, This is also known as deceptive business practices. Walmart allowing global market is one thing. When they do not manage it or protect their customers from tye screw you deal from China, that is a problem.BEWARE. YOU WILL REGRET THIS. "

Great Customer Service Unlike Prime

"I have to admit although I am a Prime member walmart.com has Amazon beat 110% in customer service. Recently I had an issue with an order, so I called walmart.com's customer service department. Unlike Amazon my call was promptly answered & by a rep who spoke English fluently. My issue was resolved within 10 minutes whereas with Amazon even though I am a Prime member it would of taken 3-4 phone calls to get anything resolved !! In addition, just like Newegg, walmart.com has shipped my purchases in cardboard boxes with plenty of airbags, so as to protect my orders. On the other hand my Amazon Prime purchases now come shipped in CHEAP white plastic bags with a thin liner of bubble wrap. Also, I have grown to discover almost 50% of the time walmart.com either beats Amazon's pricing, or is the same price, so much for being a "valued" Prime member !! Yes, I do get Prime 2-day shipping, but now walmart.com offers 2-day shipping on many of their items too. I'd like to thank walmart.com for great pricing, excellent packaging & overall superb customer service!"

If there was a lower ranking than 1 star they would get it!

"This has happened to me 3 times now! I placed an order on walmart.com. 8 items, 4 of which were to have FREE TWO DAY SHIPPING! As I sit here now it is 507 pm on DAY THREE!! Their exclamation (After being on the call over 40 minutes which 25 of those were on hold), blamed the carrier for 1 out of the 4 items an then blamed ME for the others. I guess they somehow know in ADVANCE that I am going to get angry when they do not honor their commitment! They may stink at shipping, but they are all PSYCHICS! When I call I 1st get a woman obviously from another non English speaking country. She did not even know the difference between the words "when" and "why". After getting very frustrated with her I asked to speak to a supervisor. After waiting over 18 minutes on hold a male answered at least his English was better but he still was not all that helpful! 6 more minutes on hold while he "looked up my account" and more run around!!"

"The online shopping experiences with Wal-mart.com was good, I found the most affordable prices of what I was looking for and they delivered them without shopping cost in two days.
Worth looking into their website before going somewhere else.
