"I have sent emails and left a voicemail inquiring about item status automatic email response back says will contact back within 24 hours but noone has. Website states ships within 2 days after transaction its been about a months since paid for item online and still says processing. I have not been able to contact seller and have had no response back. And item has not shipped still says processing. Contacting seller has had no response noone answers. Opened paypal dispute.
Awaiting paypal refund at this point I am no longer willing to accept delivery of item from this company if they can't respond to any emails or voicemails when they state will contact customer within 24 hours, well its been almost a month."
