Instead of issuing a call tag, I have to go stand in line at the post office during holiday season and PAY return postage, which they say they will NOT reimburse me or send the correct item until they receive the item back. "This is my first purchase from Hunt Camera. I am impressed! Not only did I get the lowest price on the internet for my new Datacolor Spyder3 Studio Calibrator (KILLER PRODUCT!!!), but Hunt's service & sales personnel are GREAT - friendly and helpful. The Calibrator was not in stock, but was delivered when promised (about 2 weeks). Even though my experience is only based on one purchase, I would consider Hunt Photo to be a viable alternative to the only other Photo Equipment vendor on the Internet that I can honestly recommend: B & H Photo."
