"Order 18 bottles of 9BB Loreal preference. Only one was the right color. The other 17 bottles did not look like Loreal bottle and were filled with some other color. Tried contacting the website but never heard back. Disputing the charge on my credit care. This is a very dangerous practice because I do not even know if the product was hair color in the 17 bottles they sent. "

"I emailed them my new items was defective. They NEVER contacted me by email and I called them 3 days later. They told me I needed to contact the manufacture on the technical problem. I told them it was never used and it was defective when I got it. They keep on telling me I need to contact the manufacture. What the hell kind of service and business is this? This is not a crap company from another Country do not give them your hard earned money!"
"We ordered a color that had been recalled by the manufacturer and when we received the product we realized that the product wasn't what the container said. They are still selling this stuff and will not refund you.

"I placed an order for 2 items; I continually checked and it said "order pending review" - I emailed them a week later to ask for a status update and received no response. I called them 2 weeks after my order, and spoke to someone who was incredibly rude. He said my order was canceled b/c the credit card was denied - even though I received a notification that it was authorized for the payment. No one called to tell me my order was canceled. I am very worried this company now has my credit card information, though the "customer service" person said they don't have it stored. Incredibly frustrating experience and a HUGE waste of time. "
"I purchased a set of Andis Clipper Combs from this company, when I received them I found that they are to small. I asked to return them because they did not fit and, the gentleman that I spoke with had a very heavy oriental accent. After him making me repeat what was on the invoice over to him several times, he asked me for the model number of my clippers. He asked me how I knew they didn't fit and I told the I could see they were to small. He told me to call Andris tech support and the could help me. They are combs that fit on the end of pet grooming clippers, this is not rocket science. On the invoice it says they are for the MBG but on the box it says that are for the MBA model. All I wanted to do was return them and they will not help me! "
