"Very happy with my fist purchase from this company. They have personal interactions with customers (or potential customers) and answer any question on Geekhack forum. I was worried about shipping times because I ordered something, and their website had my order status on "processing" for a couple days. But I received the package that same day I asked them about the delay. It looks like the website just doesn't update status but in fact they do ship stuff out rather quick. I do wish they had a larger selection of keycaps (color, material, side printing, etc), but other than that they're a great store all around. I also got a free wire puller, not sure if that was on purpose or accident :D"
