"Voya Financial executes retirement plans for my employer. As such, I've been with Voya for over a decade. But something at Voya has become seriously defective in the past year or two. For example, I call Voya and ask Forms A, B, & C be mailed to me. Two weeks later I receive forms X, Y, & Z. I call back and again ask for Forms A, B, & C. They apologize, say A B & C will be sent by express mail, and Voya will pay the additional shipping cost. After three weeks, I've received nothing. Then I call a third time, get another apology, and again am told it will be express mailed. Then two weeks later I finally get Forms A B & C. Now with years of good customer service, I would not be writing this review if this scenario only happened once. But sadly no. For me this inept shipping has occurred twice this year! I do not think this insanity is related to the Voya customer service staff because they speak and seem as caring as years before. So this inaptitude may be some other department, defective computers, or an overloaded subcontractor. Regardless, if you call and ask for something from Voya's retirement plans customer service, expect several calls adding up over one hour and six to eight weeks before you finally receive what you requested. Details about my second group of errors. I ask for D, E, & F. A couple weeks later I get forms D & F. Second call, another remorse, will express ship but receive nothing. Third call... I do not know what, but from my experience, something around Voya unfortunately has turned seriously incompetent."
