"The item came broken, and the guys sent me a new control box at no cost to correct the problem. They were a little slow on responding to emails during the "RMA" process to get me the control box, but it got here fine. Very easy to deal with on the sale."
"The item is of poor quality. I ordered a set of dance pads from these guys and after only the second use, the back button on one of no longer worked. I emailed them and asked them to do something about this and they didn't even respond. I would caution anyone from buying anything from these people as customer satisfaction and quality of product are things that these people obviously know and care nothing about."
