"We had switched doing business with Von's from our previous grocery store. This switch was made upon them opening there store in Santa Clarita. We have solely dealt with them a little over 6 months since the opening. We have since been dealing with the infestation of Indian meal moths, having to throw out over two hundred dollars in boxed and other products. Additionally, we've spent over $100 in moth traps catching what would look to be over 500. Also spending over 8 hours redundantly cleaning the products left and cabinets. We finally chose to ask the store that we're very sure that they came from, to take responsibility. After three weeks in the lack of response, we are still trying to obtain an amicable resolution and have ceased any further business until resolved.
Not the type of treatment expected when spending between $2000 - $3000 / month with them in groceries."
