"This company was good 3 years ago now, once a month the whole site goes down for 8hrs on Sunday Nights, There is NOT 24/7 Support I've asked them for a Phone number and the only phone number I can find for them is a disconnected phone. I asked Support for a way to get a hold of them and they keep saying the support site, when I ask what I do when it's down, they keep saying The Chat, (The chat is on the support site) and they are never on the chat anyway.. I have a reseller account for the last 5 years and now I have to MOVE off them (Thinking of going to hostgater.com because they at least have LIVE people) If you don't mind hours of downtime with no way to find out if your site is offline for good, choose VoNetwork.net F- Grade (Sorry guys you lost me)"
