"I purchased a fog light lens assembly. I was notified it had shipped and was given a tracking number, but a week later, no sign of it. The post office had no record of receiving it. I called the dealer to ask about this and I was told that they did not have a delivery driver to take the package to the post office. This is unacceptable."
