"Called and spoke with parts associate who checked with the manager that my online order would be ready for pick up in a few hours. They will not honor the online store price if I purchase in person, which does not seem to align with customer service excellence. Online store also charges a hefty handling charge for instore pick up, which seems odd as I am the one driving all the way to the store to pick up the item."

I would have pulled the trigger sooner if they had said "free shipping" on the item page instead of waiting until viewing my cart to see that they discounted the shipping out of the total. He didn't want my credit card with a hold on it not knowing how long it would be before item was available. He gave me options for the order and I decided to keep the order and wait. The part was released and my order was sent within two days. Kevin was very thoughtful of the order situation and kept me informed during the process which was very easy.
