"I ordered goods from this company on 22 December 2009. The money was deducted from my credit card using 'paypal'. After a long delay I e-mailed the company and was given the excuse that bad weather had delayed the shipping. In this e-mail I was also told that one of the items ordered and paid for was not available. I no longer get responses to my e-mails and I still have not received the goods which I have paid for. "
