"I usually use the app to get tickets but I needed a handicap ticket so I called customer service and Cy the representative was most helpful and knowledgeable about the process and made everything easy and not confusing..I once again had a positive experience from Vivid seats "

Worst ever

"Ordered tickets 3 days before event. Still no tickets. I'm **** because with ticketmaster I've could've received tickets instantly. Noone wants their tickets hours before your event. I will never use this site ever again."

"Ordered tix for Celtics game. The seller hasn’t released them. We have called 4 times. They always say same thing that they will contact seller to release them again. No supervisor to help either . Just awful customer service"

Switch a roo.

"I purchased ticket for row 8 tickets for row 23 and my friend purchased 1 ticket for the same row. When they emailed me my ticket the said row 22 so I called and they said the reason the row changed from what they told me because the seller upgraded my seats . So now my friend that purchased the single ticket is left sitting along in row 23 because vivid moved my seats without permission and they won’t do anything about it. I will be turning them over to the BBB. People please beware of this site. "

Complicated process

"The process to books seats if outside of the USA is complicated. We tried to book online, but then was rejected as we used our card issued here in Dubai, UAE. We were advised to call the Toll Free number, but when I tried calling line was cut whilst in the middle of booking the ticket with Marco who was really helpful and efficient - reason is number is not Toll free and I already ran of prepaid data. So I had to call again. Eventually, ticket was booked by a different agent named Jaycee who was also helpful and patient, and I clarified the seats, so I was passed onto to "Rex" the supposed specialist. Turned out he wasn't and he barely speaks English properly, particularly when he was giving instructions on the verification process. Nevertheless, did the verification online and have yet to receive confirmation of booked tickets."

Auto-cancellation of orders

"My order was auto-cancelled within 1/2h of it going through. I got an email "This email is to notify you that your order #******* has been submitted for cancellation."
I reached out to support and learned that "There was some difficulty associating the info on file directly to you as the cardholder via public records, so it was cancelled automatically by the system to prevent against unauthorized activity." what kind of public records need to be checked for a card order?!? Are we going to have to submit social media profiles, SSNs and a proof of address to place ticket orders now?
I followed support's advice (who were wonderful and did everything they could to help me out) - we placed a total of 4 orders, including 2 orders placed directly by support staff themselves. We tried switching cards, etc. Every single one of those orders was auto-cancelled and no one could help. Today I have no tickets and prices have gone up by quite a few dollars since I started. **** for me I guess.

The ticketing industry is bad enough as it is with hidden fees, price-gouging, scalpers, events that sell out in minutes... let's not make the experience worse than it already is. Shoutout to support for helping me as much as they did, the issue is somewhere else.
I'll be taking my business elsewhere, I've wasted enough time with vividseats.

Purchase connect ****

"Purchase connect sucked. Ticket was received in a timely manner. Order details was printed out thank God. What made connect **** was there was no problem getting ticket scan to enter arena. However barcode for suite entrance sent didn't work sent to phone. To make matters worst it kept saying refresh 60 seconds didn't work. And I had to wait and enter with other people to arrive. Because worker claim they had no way to enter suite. If I left suite I had to put napkins in door to not get locked out or bother others trying to enjoy show. Thanks "
