"Placed an order with Vitanherb in December. Did not receive merchandise until Jan. 13 and it was a partial order. They charged my credit card for the full amount and never issued a credit. The two items they sent were in poor condition when I received them and quite frankly was something I could buy at CVS for $1 each. They charged me full shipping charge to send these 2 little items with no reason given for not shipping full order. I've called CS twice and no return call. I will never shop with them again and have opened a dispute inquiry with my credit card company. BEWARE!"

10/17/2014 update: When I contacted Vitanherbs.com asking if I would receive the 10 item or get a refund I was informed there would be a refund credit to my credit card. I got this response after making several phone calls and leaving messages and getting no reply. I emailed my question and finally got the response. The thing is I have never received the credit refund to my credit card even as of this date. I followed up with phone calls (leaving messages)and emails and never got a response about the refund.
THE PRICING WAS GOOD, DELIVERY EXCELLENT, BUT NO REFUND OR 10 ITEM. I DID USE A 10% OFF COUPON THAT I LOCATED ON THE INTERNET, PERHAPS VITANHERBS.COM CHOSE NOT TO HONOR THE COUPON. IF THAT WAS THE CASE THEY COULD HAVE AT LEAST INFORMED ME OF THEIR POSITION AND NOT TOLD ME I WOULD RECEIVE A REFUND, THEN NOT GIVE A REFUND AND REFUSE TO RESPONSE TO MY CALLS AND EMAILS. AS OF THIS DATE I HAVE NOT PURCHASED ANY OTHER ITEMS FROM VITANHERBS.COM NOR WILL MAKE ANY FUTURE PURCHASES."
