"Excellent prices, particularly on AOR products. Website is extremely buggy and gave me a nondescript error at the final stage of placing my order. I didn't receive any email confirmation nor could I log in to my account. When I tried to contact them, their contact form gave me the same error so I thought my message hadn't been received - but it actually was, as they replied a short time later.
I highly recommend you create an account *first* before you place an order; don't use guest checkout or create an account during checkout as that doesn't work properly.
