The guide provided by VitalSource on how to claim your book didn't work. When I reached out for help, the person who took my case immediately told me they couldn't assist and that I should reach out to the third party. This response frustrated me because I purchased the books through VitalSource, and I believed they should have been the ones to help me. I reached out to the third party, and they guided me through the correct steps to claim my books. I will say the service is good until you encounter an issue."

"I bought two books, sociology and forensic psychology. The sociology book was great, it just had quite a bit of errors in it, especially in the self-assessment quizzes. The forensic psychology book doesn't have much in the way of interactive material so far (I'm on chapter 5). I do appreciate the search function and it helped me a great deal on open book tests. I also like that my books are available on various devices. I read it mostly on my phone but also on my laptop and desktop. "
