This was my first purchase from Vitacost and I had an overall pleasant experience! My local grocery stores don’t have all the specific products I need, and if they do, not everything is in stock when I need it. I was excited to see that Vitacost has all the items I need so I don’t have to go through the hassle of purchasing from multiple stores, online and local! Vitacost saves me time and money.
The shipping and delivery process was as expected. Everything arrived in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, one jar was broken inside of the package as it was the only jar not wrapped like the rest of the products. But a replacement was sent at no cost and without a hassle. The replacement arrived promptly and in perfect condition.
I will definitely be ordering the specific brands I need from Vitacost from now on! It is a trustworthy and caring service I recommend."
