"I ordered vitamins from this online store months ago and they just charged me yesterday and finally sent them. I told them I wanted a refund and they emailed back stating that they already shipped the order. I told them I would return the products because at this point, I already found a supplier and bought the products, they sent me an email that they would charge me 15% restocking fees and shipping. I told them I would keep the vitamins but I would never shop with them again. They don’t have their **** together. They don’t answer their customer service lines and they are obviously hard up because I’ve never heard of this kind of service before in my life. Do not shop with this unreliable vitamin store. "I placed an order, there was no email confirming the order or shipping. I chose expedited 3 day via UPS and My order came 4 weeks later. When I advised the company I wished to return as I fulfilled the order elsewhere, I was offered a 3$ refund for shipping and then when I pressed the issue again for returning I was advised the return shipping was on my and I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. This was their fault! "

"Just had a dismal Vitacart experience which triggered a memory from a few years back. And now I will TRULY never buy from them again.
As back then, I placed an order. VC immediately charged my card. I waited. And waited and waited...and finally, after nearly a week had gone by and nothing had been shipped, I emailed. Crickets. I called - well, as you all know, all calls (no matter which "department" you choose) go to the same place - voicemail purgatory.
Ultimately, I informed them in email and voicemail that unless my order shipped by end of business that day I'd cancel the credit card payment. Well THAT got action. A phone call, a bunch of excuses for the delay and, EVENTUALLY the order finally shipped. Amusingly, they had 1 item drop-shipped directly from Costco - they could have done that THE FIRST DAY! The other item was already available in their warehouse.
All in all, in took much much longer for them to get my order shipped (remember, it had been charged out the day I ordered) and the only reason it shipped was because I threatened to pull payment. I'm certain that without my threat (not an empty one, either), I'd still be twiddling my thumbs.
This is EXACTLY what happened a year or two ago. Never again. Dismal service/company. "

then they reshipped and half the items were missing,
then they did not refund the missing items...
I simply called my credit card and issued a charge back
