"Well, my experience with these guys wasn't that good. But I will have to give them props for being a large company which still keeps good communication as well as good policy.

I had ordered a product from them and like many gaming supply stores, this one took maybe 2-3 weeks. I have become annoyed but use to this. However, I was even more annoyed when they had sent the wrong product. This is sort of mind boggling because I didn't want to have them re-send as it would take another month. So I sent them an e-mail asking for a refund.

I was surprise to receive an e-mail back within the next day. They offered me a full refund(shipping included) with reimbursement for the shipping I had to pay to ship back. This was quite impressive to me. Compared to the other 2 gaming stores I have delt with, they have showed that they do value communication, and customer service.

I may buy from them again one day but not for a while. Again, they have very good company ethics but are quite slow in sending.
