"Steer clear of Vision Direct unless you don’t mind handing over your money, waiting an indefinite amount of time and having no assurance of when your goods will arrive. I will update as to when and if I do actually ever receive a refund. Still waiting for a REFUND 4 WEEKS DOWN THE TRACK!! Timeliness is clearly not a priority for Vision Direct. No doubt I will be shown figures and percentages to suggest this is not the case and that “95%” of their orders are shipped on time. Absolute Codswallop! Do yourself a favour and just walk in to a Store and ask them to price match. If they can’t match it they’ll go close enough and you won’t have to deal with the stress and anxiety that I have experienced.
NOTE: I will NOT be refunded the "International Purchase Fee" of $11 that I was Charged by my Australian Bank. Don't be fooled in to thinking that you are dealing with a solely Australian owned and Operated Company. It simply just isn't true."
