"VisionDecor is a dishonest, unethical and fraud company. I purchased a table from them on 24 January 2013, cancelled the order due to false advertisement on Feb 4, 2013 and still have not received my refund. This company stole $619.40 from me and now I have to pursue legal action in an attempt to get my money back. They never answer their phone and do not respond back to emails. STAY AWAY, dont become a victim of FRAUD/SCAM... Below is a list of emails directly from the company's actual website...

Good morning,

I purchased a table order # 35698 on 24 January 2013 and still do not have a status on the order. I have called countless times to speak with a representative and have left my name, number, and order number for a call back as well as sent emails with no response. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication, delay in order and false advertisement of in stock items that your company has displayed. At this point I wish to CANCEL my order and request a full refund for I will shop elsewhere.

I received confirmation that I would be receiving a full refund, I still have not received it. "Absolutely HORRIBLE company to do business with. I unfortunately ordered directly from vision decor instead of through Amazon. HUGE mistake. I ordered two beds and received parts of the beds and a random table. I was told to return the items and new would be sent. After months of trying to contact vision decor - good luck at speaking to an actual person - I finally got a response the replacements shipped. However when received they were clearly damaged. After months and months of trying to get this made right I finally received a refund - it was supposed to be for both beds, but when I got the check it was for one. I am still fighting them - almost 9 months later - to get the refund for the other bed. They are completing ignoring my emails now. Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had. I wish there was a way to shut this place down so they could not take advantage of others."

"READ THIS REVIEW!!!! I am a typical girl off the street, googled to find a particular piece of furniture for my foyer in my new home...saw a foyer bench i liked, looked to be of an ivory color (i was looking for white or cream) so we purchased it. Days passed and nothing, no shipment, i contacted customer service after waiting weeks and they finally tell me, "it may not be able to be shipped" the warehouse for this product may not be able to ship- would you like to cancel or wait. What the heck???! so we waited two days, then BOOM it shows up at my door step. HORRIBLE communication...and not to mention the bbest part....we open the package only to find a PINKISH hue to the finish of the wood. who in their right mind would purchase or ever want a PINK foyer piece??? The pictures are deceiving, and thei do allow you to return it, but they charge you a 15% service fee if the product is as described. My item was described as "weathered linen" - last i checked "linen" is a brownish/tan or even creamy color. NOT PINK. Needless to say- I got charged the 15% which was nearly 70 bucks. TERRIBLE - BUYER BEWARE from your typical girl next door here!!!"

"I'm an avid Amazon shopper. Visiondecor has been BY FAR the worst vendor I've ever dealt with. We purchased a bed frame from them because of the great price. Received it, attempted to put together, and 2 parts were defective. Called customer service 5 times to get replacement parts. The customer service phone number literally has no one on the other end. Emailed, and finally got a response. Each time it took them several days to respond (as we are left with a broken product).

Their website guarantees fast replacement of broken or defective parts, yet when we requested expedited shipping, not only did they say it takes 3-5 days just to process replacement part requests (which is longer than it takes to process the original order, and ended up taking 7 days), but they also cannot offer expedited shipping because they don't have that option in their FedEx account. Then why say "fast replacement" on your website??

FINALLY received the replacement parts, and putting together the bed frame really showed the poor quality of the product. Wood supports were warped, wood was splitting, a screw head even broke off. Had to start the replacement parts process all over again.

It's been a month and the issues are still not resolved. 3 different customer service reps have emailed at separate times under email accounts that weren't their own. It's a TOTAL SCAM. Please beware! We requested a phone number to try to speed up the process. After asking 4 times we finally got an extension off the general number. It went right to a voicemail and we never got a call back.

We gave up and filed a claim with Amazon. Please don't put yourself through this.

"BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered a King size and the package was left in the garage as requested but we noticed the box was damaged. We took pictures of the damage prior to opening the box just in case and found the foot board was cracked. No problem, we thought, we left a message with the company about the situation and asked if they could send a new foot board. We informed them we had pictures of the box and foot board and would be happy to send the old foot board back. No reply. Called three more times and could never get anyone to call us back. They took a small problem and made it an aggravating process by ignoring our messages. We still have the cracked foot board almost two months later and never received a call or email back from the company. STAY AWAY!!!"

"Wish I would have read these reviews before I also became a victim of visondecor! Placed order for table and chairs on dec. 11, they charged my credit card on dec. 13, I still have not received it! "I saw Visiondecor on Amazon so I thought they were a good company. I ordered a sofa and loveseat on November 3rd and it is now six weeks later and I still have not received the items. Visiondecor will not answer their phones and always forces you to email. I'm not against this but they do not return their email and instead force you to some sort of message board where they keep tell me they are looking into the order. I am surprised a company like this can stay in business. Buyer beware!"

"I read the awful reviews about this company AFTER I already ordered a table. Well, having concerns, I immediately emailed them to express my worries that I would ever get my order and if I did, would it be the right thing or in good shape. Not only did I receive an email within an hour from their customer service understanding my concerns and insuring me my product or a refund, but I received my item, in excellent shape 7 days after I placed my order. I am very satisfied with visiondecor. FREE SHIPPING, and they packed my dining table with foam insulation so well there was no way it would get damaged on its trip from CA to PA... AND, I saw this same table at another store for $200 more. CANT BEAT THAT! "

"Avoid this company! I ordered a dinette set (almost $1K) from them through Amazon in early July. I still don't have it. They delivered an item to me three weeks late, only to realize it was the wrong item. They sent the correct item three weeks later, and it was broken! I am still waiting on a replacement piece and the table is sitting in parts in my dining room. They take a week (literally) to reply to emails and my calls to their "customer service" center don't even get answered. No-one is ever there to answer! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. Not worth the just a tad bit cheaper price. I filed a complaint with Amazon and with the BBB, hopefully I can get this resolved. ALL AROUND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE."

"I ordered a comforter set 7-14-2011. I was charged immediately and after 10 days and no shipment confirmation i called and called never talked with anyone, but left a message for them to call me. instead they emailed me to let me know they couldn't tell me when i would receive my comforter because they purchase this through some other vendor and they would let me know. now it is 5 days later no response i have called and emailed them and still no response. I see where people are happier when they order through amazon. Do NOT order from their website.....I am still waiting to hear from them"

"We just bought a white bathroom cabinet. It arrived smelling of formaldehyde coming from the particle board it was manufactured from. BEWARE! They apparently don't screen their products they get manufactured in China. This is NOT a product you want. Read about formaldehyde in particle board on the internet."

"I placed an order with Visiondecor accidentally through Amazon on Wednesday evening. I submitted an e-mail to Visiondecor's customer service requesting to immediately cancel my order and received a response in 30 minutes. The gentleman was extremely friendly and assured me that my order would be cancelled as soon as it was uploaded into their system from Amazon. After researching the company I became extremely paranoid that my order would not be cancelled and my credit card would be charged as Visiondecor had numerous negative reviews. My experience was the complete opposite! :) I e-mailed Visiondecor repeatedly and each time I received a response within the hour. Their customer service was extremely helpful and professional. I received notification from Amazon once my order had officially been cancelled and notification that my credit card was not charged. My issue was completely resolved within 48 hours. Overall great experience with their customer service!!! I would definitely consider doing business with this company although their items seem to be a bit high priced. I found one of their same items on Overstock for $100 less!"
