"Ordered contacts 3 weeks ago. Yesterday, got first contact from company telling me they'd been delivered. Not having received them, I called, only to be told the last information they had was 2 weeks old and at that time there were on the opposite coast. --- This is not the first time for this type of thing. They have no internal controls to assure customers get the product. No tracking numbers, nothing. They don't seem to realize they're in the service business - contacts are a commodity you can get anywhere. Their competitors get you the product in days, providing tracking info along the way as is common in today's world, especially with items as sensitive as eyecare."
