"When your business has a facebook group dedicated to telling people to avoid you at all costs, that says a lot on its own. I wish I knew all of this before getting involved with this company in the first place.

In my case they sent me 3 pieces out of a seven piece furniture order, the pieces that did arrive were badly damaged. The initially promised a replacement but then disappeared. When I submitted a refund claim through Amazon their customer services magically appeared again and gave me all kinds of attitude about, well we were going to send you a replacement but now that you complained to Amazon we won't do anything for you and ship everything back to us at your own expense before you get any money back. Amateurish and ridiculous. Reading some of the other reviews on here, it seems like they are trying extra hard to make sure they have no repeat customers."

"I purchased two shelves from Walmart. We were able to build one successfully. A piece for the second shelf came without holes. We obviously cannot build the shelf without the holes. I have been going back-and-forth with this company for weeks with no resolution. You cannot understand the people that answer the phone in customer service. I have gotten an email asking for a photo of the defective piece then sent it immediately. I continue to email the person supposedly working on my issue who does not reply. You can’t even get a hold of a manager when you call customer service as they cannot transfer their calls .they have to have someone call you back. I just simply need one piece of wood with the holes in it, i’m not asking for entirely new pieces for the entire shelf. I would be careful on purchasing items made by this company As if you get something wrong /defective you will be out of luck ."
