"Terrible shopping experience! Spend your money elsewhere! My first and last experience with Vir Ventures! Problems already before receiving the product, as the shipping weight was too light as noted from delivery tracking information. The wrong product was ultimately confirmed when received (shipping receipt value $12 USD), which consisted of replacement parts for the item originally ordered ($63). Virventures failed to verify the correct item. I immediately started return process on the day of receiving the incorrect product, which resulted in back and forth messaging over 8 days, through the Best Buy.ca website with a virventures representative, of what product I received and a picture of it. Virventures escalated the problem to the manufacturer, and I escalated the problem to Best Buy, by noting virventures was not adhering to their own seller return policy for "**In the event that product is unavailable, you will be refunded within 48 business hours" & they offered me a partial and scam-worthy refund of only 50%. When I mentioned this as being fraudulent activity to both virventures and Best Buy, and also with having an extremely negative experience with the authorized marketplace seller, I was refunded quickly 100%. Their seller's page said "Happy Shopping!!"... this is the complete opposite of my experience with this company, so... DON'T!!!
